Benedict's Message for World Communication's Day

This almost slipped by me. With all of the Catholic news focusing on HHS and the March for Life the last few days, I didn't even see a mention of the Holy Father's message, until Marc Cardaronella tweeted the link. (Thanks Marc!) Below is a quote from the short (3 page) message and a ling to the entire message.

If God speaks to us even in silence, we in turn discover in silence the possibility of speaking with God and about God. “We need that silence which becomes contemplation, which introduces us into God’s silence and brings us to the point where the Word, the redeeming Word, is born”
